Thomas T. Roberts, PE
President

Tommy is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, having graduated from Louisiana State University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Following graduation, Tommy practiced as a consulting engineer in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas. He was responsible for numerous land development and municipal engineering projects. After years as a consulting engineer, Tommy moved into the construction industry, serving as a Project Manager for a structural precast concrete manufacturer. Shortly thereafter, Tommy started a site civil construction company, Triton Construction Services. This company was focused on the manufacture and construction of precast concrete retaining wall products. In addition to engineering, Tommy was also involved in purchasing and renovating distressed properties in the area.

In 2006, Tommy and his family decided to move the Austin area. Upon arrival, he felt that his talents and diverse experience were well needed in the Custom Homebuilding industry. As a result, Triton Custom Homes was formed. Tommy’s experience as a Professional Engineer allows him to oversee homebuilding with a unique vision that most do not have. His technical abilities serve him well on each project, and even the most complicated project is attainable. Additionally, because Tommy comes from a customer service driven profession, Triton Custom Homes approaches each and every project in this manner. We strive every day to improve customer satisfaction, and provide our Customers with a great homebuilding experience.

At this time, Tommy is also in the process of obtaining his Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders. These designations will distinguish Tommy in his profession, and will place Triton Custom Homes in an elite group of builders throughout the Country.

Holly Roberts
Office Manager

As office manager, Holly is responsible for all day to day operations at Triton. She handles all accounting and payroll issues, prepares and submits construction draws, and coordinates all office organization and employee management. Holly also coordinates with our trade partners on invoices, lien waivers, insurance and subcontractor agreements.

Holly has over 20 years of experience in office management and accounting positions. She comes from a diverse employment background, having worked for golf courses, interior design firm, propane supplier and flooring retailer in the past.

Danci Roberts
Marketing Director

Danci works closely with clients, realtors and other referring partners. She handles all marketing and business development functions at Triton. Danci has the unique responsibility of educating and informing prospective clients about Triton, its processes, techniques and quality.

In addition to responsibilities at Triton, Danci is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams in the Lake Travis Market Center. She has several years experience in the Austin/Lakeway real estate market. Danci graduated from Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders. Prior to Triton, Danci worked in the child development profession in Baton Rouge, LA.

Eric Burill
Builder

Eric is a highly skilled contractor, working on custom cabinets, trim carpentry, and welded iron railing. Eric is involved with all projects phases, and assists with project management functions at Triton.
