Thomas T. Roberts, PE
Tommy is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, having graduated from Louisiana State University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Following graduation, Tommy practiced as a consulting engineer and was responsible for numerous land development and municipal engineering projects. After years as a consulting engineer, Tommy moved into the construction industry, serving as a Project Manager for a structural precast concrete manufacturer. Shortly thereafter, Tommy started a site civil construction company, Triton Construction Services. This company focused on the manufacturing and construction of precast concrete retaining wall products. In addition to engineering, Tommy was also involved in purchasing and renovating distressed properties in the area.
In 2006, Tommy and his family decided to move the Austin area. Upon arrival, he felt that his talents and diverse experiences were well needed in the custom homebuilding industry. As a result, Triton Custom Homes was formed. Tommy’s experience as a Professional Engineer allows him to oversee homebuilding with a unique vision that is unique to this industry. His technical abilities serve him well on each project, and even the most complicated project is attainable. Additionally, because Tommy comes from a customer service driven profession, Triton Custom Homes approaches each and every project in this manner. We strive every day to improve customer satisfaction, and provide our Customers with a great homebuilding experience.
At this time, Tommy is also in the process of obtaining his Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders. These designations will distinguish Tommy in his profession, and will place Triton Custom Homes in an elite group of builders throughout the Country.
Jack Williams is an accomplished landscape designer, pool designer, horticulturist and licensed irrigator with over 15 years of experience. He strives to create outdoor environments that create a seamless relationship between the interior and exterior and is an expert in taking a conceptual idea and seeing it constructed in a timely and efficient manner. Jack continually strives for innovative design and construction practices in the field of landscape architecture. With his strong design-build background and managerial experience, Jack continues to create appealing landscape designs, pools, and outdoors living areas for his clients. He has built a reputation based on quality work, honesty and continues to hold these virtues in the highest regard.
Jack graduated from Louisiana State University in 2001 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Following graduation, Jack moved to Austin where he served as operational manager for a local landscape company and then in 2006, established his namesake landscape design build company, JW Landscape Design. At JW Landscape Design, he served as President and Owner and oversaw the design and construction of numerous commercial and residential projects..
In 2011, Jack joined Triton to establish the company’s custom pool and landscape division. Serving as Vice President, Jack oversees all aspects of the design and installation of custom pools, outdoor living areas and landscaping. He works with talented designers and when needed, employs the expertise of the Triton team to ensure that their work is built to the highest quality.
Matthew Kenny has over a decade of experience in construction project management. Since he graduated from Clemson University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Civil Engineering, he has built up an impressive construction portfolio. His diverse portfolio includes numerous large budget projects ranging from municipal water treatment plants, elementary schools, high schools, retail centers and churches. Some of his most notable projects include the Oasis Restaurant (2007) in Austin, Texas; University Oaks Shopping Center (2008) in Round Rock, Texas and Brighton Landing 15 story office building (2001) in Boston, Massachusetts.
Matthew is committed to seeing a project built in a timely and budget conscience manner. Matthew brings his unparalleled construction related experience to the building process and oversees all aspects of construction and implementation. Matthew is certified with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is an Associate Constructor with the AIC and is a Certified Professional Housing Inspector.
As office manager, Holly is responsible for all day to day operations at Triton. She handles all accounting and payroll issues, prepares and submits construction draws and coordinates all office organization and employee management. Holly also coordinates with our trade partners on invoices, lien waivers, insurance and subcontractor agreements.
Holly has over 20 years of experience in office management and accounting positions. She comes from a diverse employment background, having worked for golf courses, an interior design firm, a propane supplier and a flooring retailer in the past.
Danci works closely with clients, realtors and other referring partners. She handles all marketing and business development functions at Triton. Danci has the unique responsibility of educating and informing prospective clients about Triton, its processes, techniques and quality.
In addition to responsibilities at Triton, Danci is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams in the Lake Travis Market Center. She has several years experience in the Austin/Lakeway real estate market. Danci graduated from Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders. Prior to Triton, Danci worked in the child development profession in Baton Rouge, LA.
Eric is a highly skilled contractor, working on custom cabinets, trim carpentry, and welded iron railing. Eric is involved in all projects phases, and assists with project management functions at Triton.
